What are You Going to Do in Mandarin
想(Xiǎng)To say want to do something in Mandarin, we use the word 想(xiǎng)+动词(dòngcí) verb.
Let's see the following examples:
1.X: 你想看什么电影?
X: Nǐ xiǎng kàn shénme diànyǐng?
What film do you want to watch?
Y: 我想看哈利·波特。
Y: Wǒ xiǎng kàn Hālìbōtè.
I want to watch Harry Potter.
2.X: 你想喝什么?
Nǐ xiǎng hē shénme?
What do you want to drink?
Y:我想喝茶。
Y: Wǒ xiǎng hē chá.
3.你想做什么?
Nǐ xiǎng zuò shénme?What do you want to say?
Y: 我想做作业。

还是(Háishì)
Use 还是(háishì) to offer two choices/alternatives. Let's see the examples below:

X: Nǐ xiǎng hē chá háishì kāfēi?
X:You want to drink tea or coffee?
Y:我想喝茶。
Y: Wǒ xiǎng hē chá.
Y: I want to drink tea.
X:红茶还是绿茶?
X: Hóngchá háishì lǜchá?
X:Black tea or green tea?
Y:绿茶。
Y: Lǜchá.
Y:Green tea.
Making Polite Request with 请(Qǐng)+动词(Dòngcí) Verb

Addressing Somebody with His/Her Family Name
After you know someone's family name and his/her profession, you can address him/her with his/her family name and his/her profession.
刘老师 (Liú Lǎoshī)= Teacher Liu
刘先生 (Liú Xiānshēng)= Mr. Liu
刘小姐 (Liú Xiǎojiě)= Miss Liu
